Our goal at Pioneer is to assist people with disabilities in reaching their full potential. It is important to understand the types of disabilities, and how we make it our goal to help those who are individuals with diabilities develop new skills and self-confidence.

Supports for Community Living (SCL)

SCL is a home/community-based waiver under the Kentucky Medicaid program and was developed as an alternative to institutional care for individuals with mental retardation or developmental disabilities. This waiver allows these individuals to remain in or return to the community in the least restrictive environment.
