Adult Day Training
Pioneer's program is designed to provide therapeutic, non-competitive paid work to individuals who qualify for SCL services. In addition, classroom activities will be provided to meet the individual's personal objectives in different areas, including:
- basic skills
- self-help skills
- social skills
- safety skills
- recreational and social activities
Recipients are a part of the paid workforce at Pioneer. This helps put into practice skills taught in the classroom, as well as providing meaningful work in the larger Pioneer community. |
Special Persons Advocacy Network (S.P.A.N.)
S.P.A.N. believes that all people, regardless of their abilities, have value. If given the opportunity, everyone can become contributing members of society by participating in job, training, church and clubs. Everyone deserves to live in housing that allows them to live like the valued community members they are.
