Physical impairment, behavioral or emotional problems, or simply a lack of schooling or work experience can limit the ability to live independently and function in the workplace.

When there are barriers to success in the workplace, an evaluation process can determine the level of functional abilities, including:

Employment, Training and Work Habilitation

In addition to evaluation, Pioneer offers employment in a secure environment for those who are unsure about their ability to perform in a job. They are encouraged to grow and move into employment in the community as new skills and self-confidence develop.
